The DoubleHelix is a Quiz that was started with the aim of popularizing  Biology as a science amongst students of the XI and XII / PUC levels. It had a  humble beginning in 2008 and has since become the largest and most  competitive Biology Quiz in Bangalore. More than 200 students participate  each year from more than 25 premier institutions in and around Bangalore. The Motto of the Quiz is Maioribus Calx, Maioribus Palma, which when translated means Greater the Goal, Greater the Glory. The Quiz is open to students of PUC and standards XI and XII of schools and  colleges of Bangalore, and surrounding areas. There is no entrance fee. The Quiz Maioribus Calx, Maioribus Palma Highlights
